I bought this exclusively for my husband. He needed a brace to help him keep his back straight because he suffers from spinal pain and works in a warehouse where he lifts heavy boxes and bends down a lot. My physical therapist suggested this exact model. They had one in the clinic, and I was able to try it on. Immediate improvement. For those who say that it's hard to put on, it's not! The shoulder straps need to be crossed and attached to the waist part first (not dangling). Then you just put it on like a backpack. The company has a YouTube video that will show you. My brace came with a QR code that takes you to it, or just put the company name and product in the YT search bar. I'll update if it doesn't last too long, but for the price, I'm sure I'll just get another one.

Fits well. Shoulder straps tend to curl but added clasp can keep them straight. I wear for about 3 hours daily (max recommended) but unfortunately haven't seen any benefit after about 3 weeks. I do have other back issues so that may be why. Otherwise seems to help keep my shoulders back.

Great it works I work a physical demanding job and it does help a lot.
