Are these great for dry firing a sa/da pistol over and over or is another brand better?

These do not look like a good idea for dry fire practice. You might notice that dry firing is NOT mentioned in the description. For dry fire protection, look for one that has a spring-loaded fake primer. These don't have anything to absorb the firing pin strike and are no better than dry firing an empty chamber.

are they suppose to eject?

When you pull the slide back, I would say yeah. Mine does eject the DR.

Do they cycle like real ammo in an auto? Manually working the slide of course.(I know they don't shoot haha) Want the group opinion on cycling!

They cycle great in my MP Shield.

Good for practice

These fed and fit great in my Taurus magazines. Also ran fine, loading well while practicing jamming or misfire. I did have one bad jam where the slide stuck and would not move back at all. I attribute it more to my bad technique than the product. Other than that one time, the snap caps ran and ejected while practicing just fine. Do wish they were heavier, I felt the were a little light which might contribute to jams or other problems some are having. Worked great in my "non glock" :)

Great practice rounds

These are really good “dummy” rounds. We got them so I can practice loading and unloading. They helped me get more comfortable handling a firearm. If you or someone else is a beginner these are great to practice with. Helps build confidence and helps you learn how to load and unload safely. I definitely recommend them!
