Fits really good.

I have no idea why people write excellent reviews for this case. It is a bit too large and fits poorly. The seams make the remote fit in lopsided and the thick plastic on the front does not let you push the buttons by feel. You have to visually verify where your thumbnail is and push hard into the plastic cover to move the buttons. Also, you must remove the key chain each time you want to change the battery. The snap should be on the bottom, not the top. There are other cases for half the price that are just as good. I bought this based on the reviews, but found that people are over rating the product. It does the job, but definitively not a five star rating.

I haven't used my feedback remote for quite some time because it broke into pieces. When I bought the new remote I wanted some protection for it. This case provides that protection in many ways. If I drop the remote, the case provides for some cushioning and, though the remote hasn't exploded into several small parts yet, it provides containment. I also found the clear material covering the buttons flexible enough to operate the remote with little interference. The bottom of the case forms a shallow U-shape so that when you set the remote down on a table the edges of the case hit the table, not the remote itself, which reduces shock to the remote. This case definitely adds value to the remote.

The zipper should go at lease halfway around. This will make installation of the remote mush easier.

I have broken 2 remote cases since I purchased the alarm and my wife "watered" one while I was in the pool. The cover is not a perfect fit but will protect the remote! After using it during a cold snap its hard to work the remote with gloves on.

I went through 4 key fobs at $160 each time before I finally thought to search for a case that would protect it. Definitely recommend this product. It fits perfectly and has saved the newest replacement fob from many times of being dropped; no damage yet.

This case keeps my 488V ALARM fob in one piece. Viper used cheaply constructed plastic case that simply breaks apart under normal use. This case is super!

This case is perfect protection for my remote. I had to replace my old remote because I dropped it so many times so I was thrilled to find this case. It doesn't hinder the use of the buttons and I am very happy with this case.
