Great Features, but Weather Wears It Down
This SAE to USB charger was incredibly useful on my motorcycle—especially with the built-in voltmeter and on/off switch, which gave it a solid edge over other adapters. It worked flawlessly for about a year, but unfortunately, the weather eventually took it out despite its waterproof claims.Pros:✅ On/Off Switch – Saves battery and adds convenience✅ Built-in Voltmeter – Great for monitoring system voltage on the fly✅ Multiple Mounting Options – Flexible for different bike setups✅ SAE Extension Cable Included – Extra reach is always a plusCons:❌ Didn’t Survive the Elements – Lasted about a year before weather damage even with the rubber coverFinal Thoughts:If you need a feature-rich charger and don’t mind the possibility of replacing it annually, this is a great option for motorcycles. Just consider some extra weatherproofing if you ride rain or shine

Looks slick wish it was flat on both sides
So the side with the button is flat but it has the button to power on and off. The other side has a kind of hump that is smaller than the rest of the device itself, so sadly it’ll be tricky to hard mount (debating double sided tape or maybe Velcro so I can remove it for track days) LOVE the blue display for voltmeter to put my mind at ease for battery levels, it also has blue for the display which for my eyes personally is easier to see on my red motorcycle and in the daylight. I can’t speak to how waterproof or how well it would hold up in general but right off the bat I have a feeling this will last several riding seasons (New England rider) before needing a new one and that price is to good to not give it a try!

Legit
One of my favorite accessories out on the road so I know my stator wattage and backup accessories. Could be a lifesaver if stuck out in OHV

Fast charging, sleek, easy to use and looks good
I originally tried the SAE USB charger from Battery Tender, but I found out it was SLOW to charge my S23 Ultra. I decided to return that and buy this little device instead. Installation was easy and only required me to take out my seat and connect it to the existing SAE harness and it worked flawlessly. Using a USB-C to USB-C cable will give the fastest charge to most phones. If it was able to fast charge my Samsung, it'll easily do so for any iPhone as well. Plus the battery voltage meter is awesome for those who like more info about their bikes. Plus it has a button to easily turn off and on, and have never had it drain my battery to the point of not starting.

It was DOA
UPDATE: Amazon gave me a refund and allowed me to keep this, so I decided to experiment with it to see why it didn't work for me. It turns out, it's wired with the opposite polarity of my Hella plugs. I cut the included extension harness and swapped the positive and ground wires around, and just like that the adapter powered up and displayed the current voltage. I'm still not going to use this though, as I've already bought another that has an actual on/off rocker switch AND was wired correctly for my bike. This was dead right out of the box. I plugged it into the power port on my Trophy using an adapter I have, started the bike and pressed the on/off switch: nothing. No reading, no power. I plugged it directly into the SAE plug of a nearby trickle charger and pressed the on/off switch: nothing. No reading, no power. I tried long pressing, short pressing, and any other way I could think of. I then tested the power port on the Trophy with a dual outlet I have in my rear bag and it worked just fine. That confirms the power on the Trophy is good and this adapter is junk.
