Very impressed and won't use any other brand now.
Such good flour and great value for money! I bake bread at least once a week and I won't use any other brand now. I'm really impressed with this flour and it tastes amazing.

Quality Strong White Flour
This has become my go-to flour for bread making. I use it for baking artisan breads and rolls. Great quality. Good rise. Makes the best ears. Better results than some other flours. Tastes great. Nice chewy crumb and crispy crust.

Buy the flour its great... buy the 1.5 kg bags rather than the sack though....
I KNOW the flour is of excellent quality because I have bought the 1.5 kg bags before but the 16kg sack is badly packed and arrived in a damaged box with punctured sack. Amazon were really good and dealt with the problem very promptly.

Disappointing.
I don't know if I got a bad batch but this is the worst flour I've bought to date & I've been through just about all of the brands. Bag had two 10p size holes in it on arrival, outer box undamaged, so packed like it. Second rise was painfully slow compared to my go to flour, all proofed under the same conditions & I used a dough improver which normally give spectacular results. Loaf was stale within 2 days & the crumb was not soft & moist, only fit for toast. Very disappointed, now deciding whether to bin it.

Damaged bag
The bag was split and the flour came out of the bag into the carton box. The box was very weak one. The delivery is fast.
