Having something to compare this to makes sense. Idk if it got old, over used or just stopped working well or never charged well... But my other cord (different brand) stopped charging my phone.I was looking at the brand on the cords and realized I should buy the other brand (this brand). It was more durable and charges faster. The other cord also stopped charging things completely. So it lasted longer because I bought them around the same time. Buying in a pack is a little cheaper. So thanks for selling a lower price pack. Worth the money.

Works well with low power devices like phones, but I wanted it to power my Quest2 to get longer play time.With this cable plugged into the headset, the battery still ran down in about the same time. Using a shorter cable with the same wall plug, playing time is unlimited, so it’s the power capacity of this cable that is inadequate.I still give 3* because the cable is well made, and would work for other applications, it just doesn’t work for my Quest2

I use the charging port in the front of my minivan for a fewthings, and want myself or passengers to have another sourceof power, so I added this very long charging cable to the rearcharging port in the van such that it can reach all seats anddevices.I couldn't be happier with it. The color stands out and iseasily visible. The connectors are clean and work perfectly,and the sheating of the cable is really strong and durable.I bought some USBc to other connectors converters so alldevices can be charged.I expect this cable will last a long time and work very well.Rating - 5/5, recommended.
