Crystal Cascades are large crystal sun-catchers that reflects colors and create rainbows that dance across the room. Beautiful crystal but was broken when I received it.
This is a beautiful crystal, even nicer than I expected…except it was broken when it arrived. I returned the crystal immediately. Amazon did replace the crystal but only refunded to me half of the shipping cost. I don't feel like I should have had to pay any additional shipping cost because I was sent a broken product. The crystal was packaged in with heavy items and and was not protected adequately. I feel like I have to pay for someone else's mistake. The crystal does deserve a 5 star rating. Ending up paying extra because I was sent a defective product does not. This is the first time I have received anything damaged. When I was filling out the information for the return of the damaged crystal I read that I would be refunded up to $5 of the shipping. The shipping was a little over $5 but I was refunded $2.50. The amount is not a big deal.. it is the fact that I had to pay more because it was broken from not being packaged properly.

Beautiful, but flaw is visible
If not for the occlusions in the big, bottom crystal, this would have gotten 5 stars. But it does has a flaw that is visible to your eye and that is the reason for the middle of the road review. The numerous crystals above the pendulum throw lovely rainbows, as does the bottom one. The flaw is inside on the very bottom, probably just my picky-ness, but I plan to keep it.So it has been a couple of months since I wrote the first review above. In that time, I have found the bottom crystal is just not good quality. I am in the process of replacing it entirely with one I found at a yard sale. I have reduced my original 3 stars to 2 because I am very unhappy with the obviously bad crystal. The top ones have no flaws and they do throw little rainbows, but the big one is just bad. The rainbows I thought it was throwing came from one next to it in the window. I figured it out when I moved them to clean the window.

Beautiful but poorly packaged for price.
This wasn't what I thought it was but after receiving it I decided to give it to the person I was gifting it to anyway because it is beautiful. I haven't tested it to see what kind of rainbows it makes but the crystals are high quality. Very colorful and well made. Size is right to hang in a window.The reason I didn't give it a higher rating is because it came wrapped in a plastic bag. Since it was a gift and it wasn't even in a box - I had to buy my own box in order to give it as a gift. I was extremely disappointed in the presentation. I've bought other items from Woodstock Chimes and they always came in a very nice box that you could give as a gift so I was very unhappy to have paid so much and receive the item in a cheap plastic bag. Beware of this if you plan to give as a gift.

Somewhere over the rainbow
This very little suncatcher is very cute and well made. I should have read the size description of this item before ordering. However, I have seen it in local card stores priced much higher. I am not sure I would have bought it knowing how small it really is, but I am enjoying watching the sun reflect off the crystals. Again, my bad for not reading the actual size of the item. I give it a 5 star on beauty!

Beautiful rainbows!
I couldn't be more pleased! This is a wonderful sun catcher. It arrived in a timely fashion, very well-packaged and without any damage. The size matched the online description. When it is hung in a sunny window so the sun shines through, it throws little rainbows all around the room. It's a beautiful sight to see. I will definitely order more of these in the future as they would make wonderful gifts.

Beautiful
I have a smaller version of this same rainbow maker. I bought this one for my neighbor for Christmas and I was surprised at the actual size of it. She really liked it and could not wait to put it up. The only warning I would give is that this one should not be hung on a suction cup because it is pretty heavy. Just plan on installing it on a cup hook or a nail and enjoy the rainbows!

Arrived with very visible gouges and nicks on main crystal
It arrived on time and it is a very pretty prism, however, it arrived with several large nicks and scratches on the bottom large oval crystal. The nicks are very visible on the center and sides. It was well wrapped when it arrived, so I can only assume it was like that when they wrapped it. This was a gift for my sister that I cannot give to her.Otherwise, the prism and cascade is 6.5 inches long and the chain is 10 inches long. It is very sparkly and throws many bright little rainbows. Unfortunately, this particular one also magnifies the nicks and scratches. If it was unflawed, it would have a higher rating, but it is unusable.

Not as many rainbows as I expected
I have this hanging in a window that gets direct sunlight for a good majority of the day. Maybe I was expecting too much but it doesn't seem to reflect much color off of the crystal prisms. There are little specks here and there of rainbows but nothing worth the price of the piece. However, it is pretty in of itself so even if it doesn't cast as many rainbows that I would like it does look nice as a window decoration.

Not worth the money.
NOT worth the money AT ALL!! the crystals were nice but they came dismantled and no instructions or wire accompanied them so that I could put them together. Sent it back for a refund.
