I got a man's medi alert bracelet,because they tend to be stronger,there's two ways of adjusting this,one on the safety latch,then there's holes on other side of the strap,I'm very impressed,not too big or bulky,great value for money.

Its the first one of these I have bought, I was worried it'd be too big, but its great. And easy to cut down to size. I've already ordered another in a different style.
