Fantastic Full CCTV Kit
This is a Fantastic Full CCTV Kit for a very low price. The kit comes remarkably well packed with each component in a box of its own within a larger box that is also then in a box protected by bubble wrap! So you don't have to worry if it will make it to you working. Anpviz clearly take pride in getting their products to the customer.Unpacking gives you a nice sense that you have spent your money well with all the components such as the NVR and the Cams protected well each within their own boxs. But its not over kill. so you don't sit back thinking they have sent out something with way to much packing. Each Cam on this kit is made very well indeed! They are not plastic. They are made of cast metal, So if you was to be using this on a shop or a high crime area then the dome cams that come with this are perfect for the job. You could take a baseball bat to one and know the housing will live. When opening the cam you don't have to worry about the screws falling out they stay withing the unit. And you will note a good rubber seal to protect against the rain getting in to the cam.The cam can be powered by a 12v jack plug but you dont need to do that because the NVR kit is a true 48v POE so it sends the power down the Cat5 Lan cables that come with the system. So you only need 1 cable from the NVR to the Cam and that provides the image, Sound and power. Making installing much faster than some other systems. Each Cam comes in its own box, with Screws and Raw plugs and a Hex key. (Very handy if like me you dropped the hex key and could not find it LOL).The Cams also come with a stick on template so you just put that on the wall and drill where the holes are needed making it easy to install when you are up the ladders. The NVR is very easy to set up. That comes in its own box and is well packed inside too, With a mouse and PSU to power it, along with a small cat5 Lan cable to connect the NVR to your router and setup disk with some software on it that can also be downloaded from the main Anpviz website if you don't have a CD drive in your PC or Laptop. But none of this is needed if you are just looking for a CCTV set up to record cams and be able to look over as you need.Once you power the NVR and have the Lan cables connected to the CCTV cams the system will guide you though setup. Its very easy and it sets all the cams up for you. But you can still go in and change things as you need to after should you wish. The NVR supports other cams too so if you have a onvif cctv camera you can set that up to record on this NVR with just a few clicks. There is also a nice things in the software that let you see how much power each cam is pulling. The NVR has a nice timeline scrubber so you can see when something or someone has moved on the cctv. And each cam has sound that can play live along with recording to the NVR. Needless to say if its crazy windy out then you can hear the wind. But most of the time its not a problem and its always nice to have the sound along with the video. The image is crisp and clean. All cams are very smooth without stutter. There is some ghosting at night with the Night Vision but that is down to not enough light or IR light and something you kind of expect to happen. The NVR will take a max of 8 Cams, This can be Direct wired and powered from the NVR or a mix of both connected to the NVR with the Lan Cables and other cams connected by onvif. It has a 2TB WDPurple Hard Drive pre-installed (you may need to format the drive within the NVR setup I did. Its fast and easy with just a few clicks). One thing that did stand out to me was that you can also add a network drive. So if you have a NAS drive you can backup and record over the network to that. This was something that was a very nice thing to see.The box will output to your TV at 1080p or 4K. If you are watching 4 or more cams it lowers the res of each cam on the screen. But if you click on that cam it will open it up in to a full 4k view. (5mp for the cams that come with it so 2.5k) But the image is still up-scaled to 4k.Whats in the kit?4 x Cat5 Lan Cables to connect the cams.12 x screws12 x Raw Plugs4 x Hex Keys1 x 8 channel 8MP NVR (2TB WD Purple Drive Installed)1 x USB Mouse1 x Manual for NVR4 x Manuals for CCTV Cams1 x 48v 90watts PSUAnd I also got 2 x £10 amazon gift cards :) Win Win :)Pros:Easy to install the hardwareEasy to set up the NVREverything needed in the box to get your home secureDrill templates for mounting the CamerasAudioNetwork Storage4kTrue 48v POECons:NO HDMI Cable :(All in all a very nice cheep kit that gives a very crisp and clear video along with sound. POE
8CH 4K PoE NVR 5MP CCTV Camera Kit 2TB HDD,IP CCTV Security SystemI don’t normally do reviews, in fact this is the first one I’ve done but I was so pleased with this Cctv system I wanted to share my thoughts.I purchased this kit because I wanted the security of a video surveillance system around my house. The kit arrived with virtually everything I needed apart for some wire clips which fortunately I had in the shed. The package contains 4 POE cameras, NVR, 4 x 20 metre ethernet cables (CAT 5), mouse and a 48V power supply for the NVR. Also included was ethernet cable for connecting the NVR and instruction manuals. The NVR also has 8 POE inputs so room if I want to expand with more cameras. The NVR came with a 2 terabyte hard drive already installed, so with the .265 compression should hold months of my captured cctv footage hopefully.I found the initial set up process was very easy, the NVR interface and configuration process was very straight forward and user friendly. I soon had it up and running.I plugged the cameras in to test them before fitting them and they all worked straight away, I didn’t have to do any messing about or setting them up, so very simple.I also like the ability to connect the NVR with the Guarding Vision app on my phone which is an important feature for me so I can view the cameras remotely alway from the house. This works really well and I had no issues setting it up, it was just a matter of downloading the app using the QR code in the NVR menu with my phone and it recognised the NVR and loaded all the cameras for viewing on my phone.I fitted my cameras on the corners of my house by drilling through the soffit and feeding the wires into the loft and then down through the ceiling into a cupboard where I had installed the NVR. Thankfully the inclusion of 20 metre cables in the kit made routing easy and there was still plenty to spare. The 5MP dome cameras are very compact and unobtrusive but despite being small I was blown away with the picture quality, images are extremely sharp in all weather conditions. The built in mics pick up the sound very well also. The night vision is also excellent with clear non-grainy pictures. In conclusion I’m very satisfied with this kit which in my opinion represents a bargain. I would highly recommend it

Unbeatable value - cameras is great quality
This system is just great value when compared to others in this and higher price brackets. The camera’s are great quality with cast metal cases and are really robust with a good moisture seal. They are also more discreet than bullet cameras and I prefer the grey colour which merges better into most backgrounds. The one-way audio is an added bonus just not found on other cameras of this price point. Plug and play worked just fine with the supplied cameras although it’s worth noting that they are designed for horizontal rather than vertical mount so wall brackets may be required. I did have a couple of questions for tech support and Anpviz Support responded rapidly by email. I recommend this product.

Great CCTV system
I purchased this cctv system to help give myself peace of mind should we have a break in or damage to our cars. To start with having the whole system with everything needed except a screen was a great help. It was really easy to put everything together with a stick on guide for the camera mounting holes included. Once plugged in it just worked! It’s really easy to change settings and the quality is fantastic. Would definitely get additional cameras if needed as the nvr can handle upto 8.
