The big one is VERY big and I love pancakes so I'm super happy with it. The small one is great for just about anything. I have only 2 small issues. One is that they are very thick so getting underneath things can be challenging. For example, this quarantine has me baking. I've made a lot of cookies and when I go to get them off the silicone mats I find that getting underneath them is not easy, it tends to slide them around instead. But honestly, I was able to do it and work around it. The other little thing is that the smaller one felt a bit wobbly immediately upon removing it from the package. However, I think it's going to be fine. They're one solid metal piece with an overlay of heat resistant stuff and I think it's just a tiny bit loose. Should it break in an unreasonable amount of time I will update this, but I really think it's sturdy and will be good. I have enjoyed using them in baking and cooking and feel like they will last me a long time.
