Kind Words for Unkind Days: A guide to surviving and thriving in difficult times

I only happened across this book a couple of days back. I have been a bit of a ‘mess’ recently. I downloaded a sample on Kindle and instantly knew it was for me. I received it yesterday and adore it for it’s easy reading, short concise chapters and sayings. I just know it is a book I will refer back to time and time again. I would like to hug Jayne Hardy for knowing me better than I know myself! I love this book! Thank you!

I really love this book. It was just what I needed after lockdown. The words written comforted me like the hugs I used to get from my grandmother. It is strange how words from someone I do not know, can identify alienating feelings, revealing them as common. I think I would recommend this book to anyone who struggles with self-care and would like to do something about it.

Great book although it was packaged with silver conditioner and the top was not on the container and it leaked and stained my book.
