This has a high quality look and feel to it. It works perfectly, and it was relatively easy to install. Especially the spout, on most brands, the spout is a pain to get right, this is super easy. It has some kind of ceramic cartridge that is smooth and solid, no plasticy like a moen or Delta.

Easy enough to install - I had a pro install it he didn't have much issues. Have been using for 2 months and so far no leaks and is still looking nice. Very easy to use.

I love this set. It's nicely made and great quality. I would buy another set for a 2nd bathroom. Looks great and I love the wand for cleaning my tub. And I love how smoothly it changes over to the different settings. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 10/10

So, for starters, I did not use the provided shower valve and cover since I wanted to go with an establish brand that I know I can get parts for years later. I'm not super confident that I could with this brand so I can't speak on the quality of functionality of the valve itself.As far as the other pieces are concerned, I am very impressed. For the price, everything feels very high quality and has been functioning great. The parts came packaged well and had everything needed to install besides a wrench. The teflon tape they provided was thinner than anything I've ever seen so I ended up using my own. One issue I encountered was that the brass nipple that screws into the tub spout and handheld shower holder wasn't super tight so when I went to test fit it and unscrewed it, it stayed screwed into the drop ear in the wall so it was a bit of a pain to remove to I'd suggest making sure it is tight before installing.Another issue was the cover for the handheld shower holder wasn't the right size, after contacting customer service, they confirmed the part I needed and sent it to me.The last issue I encountered which I expected was that the brass nipple for the handheld shower holder was about 3/4", too short to reach the drop ear in my wall. I thought I could find an extension piece but they don't really make them as short as I needed. I reached out to the company and after some back and forth and confirming sizing, they were able to custom make me a new brass nipple to my exact specs. I had to pay $30 for express shipping (this was only half of the total cost as the company covered the other half). If you're not in a rush, it is $20 for standard shipping.While I encountered some headaches (some my fault, some not), I think for the price, this is a really good kit. I paid over $500 for a Moen valve and trim kit so $150 for the fixtures is a great deal.

Just got it installed and it fits perfectly with new walls and tub. Product shipped with wrong bath spout, but received correct one quickly after notifying them. All attachments work with great pressure. The handheld can cause accidents because it’s hard to identify where the holes are pointed and can spray the wrong direction. Overall, it works as stated.

I love my new shower/tub system! The hand shower is about the coolest thing ever. Makes cleaning your shower and tub easier. The swivel tub spout is nice to move out of the way when you are relaxing in the tub also. Very easy to install. The customer service from this company is amazing. I had an issue with the hot/cold mixture, they sent a new cartridge immediately and also followed up with an email to make sure it was received and worked well. Needless to say, definitely worth the money between product and customer service.

Product looks great had it professionally installed while redoing whole bathroom. Finally got to try it out after and the hand held won’t stop. It seems like it’s always at half pressure when using the rain shower head and tub spout. Then works fine when it’s just turned to the handheld. Dont want to live with it as it’s constantly just flowing out and running down the hose.

First the fixture kit and second the wonderful help from the company. I am so impressed with the rainfall shower (it feels great!!) and the quality of the materials in the installation kit. The instructions were a breeze and super simple to understand. The whole bathtub (tub, tiling, grout, and plumbing) was DIY for my wife and I.Second, I goofed at one point and the company was so helpful! I placed the dropear connector for the shower wand arm too far back and then I tiled. The company sent me a custom machined piece that was to the exact depth I needed it. Thank you!If I redo our other bathroom, I’m using this kit again.
