Working on an old mustang in the garage you find a lot of dark areas the ceiling lights or work stand lights just cant get to. I was looking at many work lights and did not want a rechargeable since I work in 10-12 hours spurts on the weekends. For those wondering if 5000 lumen is enough, yes it is. The light has two light level modes, so you can turn the level down a bit if needed. Its compact, I can fit it under the car, in the trunk or inside the cabin. The two side lights are directional and you can target them exactly where you need, great for welding in a dark area. I was removing a trunk pan and pointed the main light away from my work area and turned the side light directly on my work area in the trunk quarter panel, everything was lite up. The 120vac outlet is great because the light essentially does not take up an outlet. There is a USB charge port to, great for recharging a hand held light, phone or camera. When running my sander and grinders the light didn't blink or stutter at all, stayed at same light level. It folds up in a neat square bundle to be put away, has hanging mount holes on the back case and the power cord coming off the back has about 8inches of spiral cord to take the stress off the wire power cord coming out of the rear housing. The housing is stout, I dropped my air hammer right on top of it and it didn't even leave a mark. If you need a light to get into tight areas like under a car or trunk space, wheel well or engine bay don't hesitate on this one, for the price its easily worth double. And its from a brand we all heard of, not some random company here today gone next week. If you are working on a restoration job like and old car, get this light, you wont be disappointed.

Great lights, bought two of them. Bright and truly the most sturdy and well built lights you can buy. Light weight adjustability and even has plug in on the face for extention cord and to charge phones etc. Folds down perfectly. Just a great product.

I bought the first PORTER-CABLE 15W 1500 Lumen Rechargeable LED Work Light 1 year ago, in September, 2022. I was so happy with the light, I bought another one a month later, in October. Both lights are still going fine, and are very useful for working on stuff in the house where the light is less than adequate, and are invaluable for working out on the acreage where running a power cord is impractical, if not impossible. I consciously chose the 1500 lumen, single light version, rather than the 3000 lumen, three light version, because I couldn't imagine needing that much light. Should I need another cordless light though, I wouldn't hesitate to buy the 3000 lumen version. It would be beneficial for Amazon to bring back the 1500 lumen version though.

Great work light! My wife purchased this light for me after my many complaints about working in our crawl space with a handheld flashlight. Of course, getting work done using one hand isn’t ideal. Now that I have this light, I have two hands to work with again. This light fits perfectly in a small crawl space and also my attic. It illuminates on 2 different levels and both are very powerful. There are 2 side panel lights that rotate up and down and the entire light is waterproof! No worries about working in the basement in the area that floods. It’s pretty awesome! I have no complaints at all and would highly recommend it for any obscure work in a dark space.

We use it’s for a hunting light to track, clean/process animals in the field. Super bright and a couple hours of use on a charge.

Well I made hard plastic and glass very bright

I bought this cause I've been doing work in attics and crawl spaces. Now I don't have to deal with constantly moving a light every 5 minutes to light a dark corner or tight space. The main center light, lights a huge amount of space and the 2 fully adjustable side lights can be aimed at any dark area whether it's up, down, diagonal or straight behind the main light. You can get a full 360° of ligh. The outlet in the front of the main light is great also because it's one less cord I need to drag along with me. In most cases I just set it and forget it. When not in use it folds down to a small compact size with counter sunk AC cord wrap area. Absolutely love it, worth every penny.

Being a contractor for 37 plus years I have used numerous work lights. These lights are the best light out there. Portable, folds up, cord stows. Top notch through and through
