Beautiful Table Saw
I am glad I waited to buy a table saw. This Powermatic 100th anniversary paint scheme is outstanding. It's almost to pretty to use. LOL. I purchased the PM1000 because of the power issues in my garage. Too much money to rewire so the PM1000 is a perfect fit. I was surprised to see the floor mat and 3 saw blades that came with the saw. A crosscut, rip and a 80 tooth panel blade were included in my purchase.

Stuff missing
Mine was delivered with out the fence rail, miter guide, or the blade guard. I love the saw but was really disappointed when I opened it up a few weeks later. I hope they make it right....the price and quality of the saw was great. They delivered at 2p.m. when it was scheduled for after 5p.m., and was left in front of my house( maybe those were stolen, but I highly doubt it... .the delivery was horrible . The saw is awesome.

Missing pieces
Love the saw, just got it assembled (on account of holidays). The saw came on a pallet wrapped well and secured. However the mat and most importantly the knob with threaded end for the accufence is missing. Hopefully the company can rectify this. Great saw, great deal.

Big League
Powermatic PM1000 is the saw I’ve wanted for the past six years. After saving and waiting, I am not disappointed.Unfortunately, the “last mile” delivery company pretty much destroyed my first saw. Dents, misalignment and scratches were not the worst part… they lost 2 boxes (accu-fence and hardware). So, I can tell you customer service rocked on this one. They sent another one quickly (with a MUCH BETTER delivery company). New saw was assembled in 20 minutes because of the practice I got one the first one.My advice: if saw is not on a pallet, do not accept delivery. Every box says “1 of 1” so inventory all boxes before signing.I also paid to have a dedicated 240V breaker and outlet put in my shop. Re-wiring the PM1000 from 120V to 240V is very easy. There are wires going to the saw motor. Most are paired up with wire nuts, just a few need to be re-paired with oaths. The instructions are in manual and on the saw’s motor.
