I want a refund! LOVE these but shipping method SUCKS
I want a refund! I love these so I’d normally give 5 stars they’re so good! The way they’re shipping them though - with no type of cooling system or container (like sending with ice packs) makes them melt! This is the second one I bought THIS WEEK because the first one was totally melted and today it just happens to be about 40° outside and they’re both still melted!!! Completely melted together! Pictures below include the first shipment (in ziplock bag)

Not the blue box, different recipe?
Ordered from this listing hoping for the blue box pictured as I had previously ordered (from another seller) a blue box which was delicious. Unfortunately when I tried to reorder them they were out of stock, and I ended up ordering a red box option (not from this seller) unfortunately I noticed they did not taste as good as the ones in the blue box. So after that I specifically searched out the blue box and found this listing picturing the blue box, I took a chance and ordered them at the crazy high price hoping they would come as pictured.. when I received them today I was disappointed to find they are in the red box. Yes manufacturers change packaging often. But I think they also changed the recipe and to me its noticable. I reached out to the seller and they were very nice and informative, I know food items are non returnable non refundable, but I do appreciate when the sellers have up to date pictures of the items they are sending. I passed up many other listings at lower prices with the red box pictured.

Recently bought these at World Market and loved them, so I decided to purchase them again through Amazon. They rich and creamy. I keep mine in my fridge so they're nice and chilled. I only eat 2 at a time, which is plenty because they're rich and high quality!
