This is a wonderful set of many latch locks! We needed to replace almost every window in our old house. The springs were missing in some of these. If you need to use them all, you may be short also.I am happy with the quality of these and how easy it is to install them. The 40 quantity made it easier to get the job done with one order! We will know in time if there are issues. No issues with them yet!

I ordered these for my 35 year old replacement windows because the original latches were breaking in half and needed replaced. I was not sure if these would work but for the price I decided to try. These are plastic and from China. The same latches from a USA MFG were priced at 6 for $50.00. Long story short, these plastic latches worked just fine, so I bought 20 more.

Bought these to replace our damaged locks on our older windows and they fit in the original mounting locations with little effort. Had to redrill the second hole and reuse the screws from the original locks.

We have to keep these on hand as they tend to wear out every 1-2 years. Wish we could find something that las a little longer but this is the best we could find.
