Good for a torn meniscus

I bought this knee support to use it while walking as my knee became unstable in the recent months. Unfortunately it is not great. My knee is still slipping laterally and it is difficult to walk for long distances with it. I recommend one knee support that can stabilize the join. I guess this one is better suited for the rheumatic pain.

Helped my knees in marathon training. Although they do slip down a bit if you don't strap them tight. They did help. I had to adjust them mid runs.

I tlooks a good bit of support, but for me, I found it wasn't big enough in back section and bands kept slipping down. Didn't support at all. For someone else may be perfect!

Have decided not to send it back

The knee size is quite small. I usually wear a medium, but when you wear this for playing games or doing any activity, having a slightly loose strap makes it more comfortable to fasten. My size is medium and the strap is also medium, but there’s no extra space at all around the knee, which makes it difficult to bend properly.

I purchased this knee brace in the hope that it would offer me good stable support without being too bulky. It has excelled in this.The service has been excellent with a next day delivery.
