I am extremely pleased with this lens. I am very new to the hobby of photography. So I cannot elaborate on any of the technical specifications. The feature that is the most impressive to me that I am able to take decent photos in very low light conditions, indoors even in the evening. The price is reasonable and I am pleased with the quality of the images I am able to take. This is a manual lens but I don’t mind this at all. The quality is good, it works as advertised and I enjoy using it more than the other two lenses I own.

I purchased this lens for my Fuji X system to get me out of a creative funk. While I am still in the test phase of this lens I must say I am pleased. At this time I do not have a negative thing to say about this lens. It is sharp. It is accurate. Absolutely a great purchase for a beginner tying to learn depth of field or a seasoned professional looking for a change of pace. Highly recommended.

The lens arrived in excellent condition — very clean and well-built. It produces sharp, beautiful images with great character. It’s quickly become one of my go-to lenses for everyday shooting. Definitely recommend it!

Love the build quality and the optics are great. Couldn't ask for anything more for the great price. The only thing that bugs me is that the aperture and focus rings are opposite to my other lenses.

The lens feels well built, and the focusing ring is smooth, but the lens focuses past infinity with no way of adjusting the issue. The distance scale does not seem to be very accurate either so if you're thinking about buying this lens and range focusing, you might want to look elsewhere. Image quality is acceptable, but not great. For the price, it's an ok lens if you're trying to save money.

This is a very fun lens to shoot photos with. Images are nice and crisp. I use it on my fujifilm X-s20. If you are having a hard time with shooting manual look into focus peaking and turn it on, it really helps a lot with focusing.

Provato con qualche scatto, molto interessante, ottima qualità di costruzione, resa fotografica oltre le aspettative, va testato a fondo per una valutazione completato è definitiva. Oltre all’obiettivo ho ricevuto una serie di accessori molto graditi. Per ora posso dire che 7Artisan è una bella realtà, ma questo già lo sapevo perché ho usato già altro materiale da loro prodotto.

Good for the price. Works fine with my Fujifilm XT30ii. The build is metal and it actually survived few falls from my hand, so thats nice. Lens cap is not great but for this cheap price I kinda expected that. Focus ring and aperture ring are ok, not amazing but usable. I mainly bought it as an experiment to see what I get from a cheap lens and honestly it exeed my expectations. At night the glare is too much, so I wouldn’t really recommend it for night photos. After around f7.1 it starts losing sharpness also. The blade shape is not perfect but weirdly it gives some character to the pictures. Focus ring could be a bit more tight for my liking. Overall its exactly what you pay for… a cheap lens that still delivers decent results
