I ordered it and the shipping was very fast. Only reason I did not give five stars, the installation instructions were very, very limited. There was a couple pictures and a parts list. I did manage the install myself, but I think that better instructions would make this a five star product. It is very sturdy, and looks great on the back of my boat. Kids and adults of any size can get out of the water onto the boat with ease. It makes the water more fun when you can get back in the boat easily.
