Buy this if you use a dropper.
AWESOME tool/tube strap for a dropper seatpost. I wasn't sure if this would leave clearance for my seat post while dropped but it does! I hate wearing a backpack while riding but every other option also seemed sub-par (saddle bags interfered with my dropper, frame bags were loose & sloppy). I had to use my tools while on the trail the first time using this strap and it worked like a charm. I also had to pull out my tube to repair a flat and everything came out easily and was perfectly organized. Here's what it's packed with in my picture: -27.5" standard tube -tubeless rubber plugs + applicator tool -2 tire levers -9 part mini bicycle allen wrench I do not use co2 cartridges, but rather keep a pump held separately in my water bottle mounts. If I also packed co2 cartridges I might need to flatten out the tube more to make it all fit. The velcro/construction is A+. The strong elastic held VERY snug while riding hard technical trails. I love this thing, would recommend to all mountain bikers. You won't even remember it's there, and the ability to use it with a dropper post is just great. Buy it.

A "MUST HAVE" for any serious cyclist!
Awesome product! I love how everything you need in an emergency is nearly organized. No digging thru a tangle bag, pocket pouch or fumbling thru a seat bag trying to find what you need for your emergency situation. It easily holds two 700-35mm tubes, tire levers, multi tool and a small pill bottle that I use to hold patches, tubeless repair kit, spare chain links, and a small roll of duct tape. Great product. Thanks Outvi.

Great product! Genius idea! Worth the money! Get one!
I love this bag so much. Iโve been using a handale bar bag for years because I just hate the looks of the small saddle bags. Finally the Outvi came up with something I love. It looks great and itโs incredibly useful. Also itโs easy to install so I change it from bike to bike with ease. Great product!!!

Unsatisfactory
Cheap and made of weak components. Mine broke causing me to lose a CO2 cartridge. Returned it for full refund. Would never buy again.

Perfect for dropper posts and 27.5+ tubes!
The bomb. I bought a medium from Amazon, but it was too small for my 27.5+ tube. Went to the website and bought the large - fits perfect. I can drop my seat and it does not interfere with the dropper post or tire. You may need to adjust some of the items that you carry, but that is not a big deal. I have a tube, 2 CO2's, inflator, tire levers, multi-tool, patch kit, $5 bill, master-link, 3 zip ties, Schrader adaptor, and tweezers all rolled up under the seat. I don't ride with a backpack and this is much cooler than a Fred bag.

Great idea, still needs a little more fine-tuning
It's a good idea, I really wanted to like it. Installation wasn't super clear. The instructions which are online only referred to an orange tab and all of my tabs were black. the thick velcro straps which passed up and over my saddle rails were too wide to easily pass through even though I have my saddle set back pretty far. The ease of access when unrolled is fantastic. It is bulkier under the saddle than I expected. My biggest issues are that it's pretty easy to access the items even without unrolling because my tire lever and my mini pump / inflator just pull out easily from the back of the roll. Like pluck them out with two fingers easy. I don't think they will last more than 10 minutes on the trail. Second, the open back end of the roll is angled perfectly to capture wheel spray and I'm pretty sure it will just get packed with muck on my first wet ride. Stuck this in a drawer until I can find a use for it.

Needs improvement, at least 1st generation
Maybe it's because I have a first generation, but in the past 3 years, I've lost more tubes than I've ever had to use (rarely get flats, but always carry a tube). Despite the tube and tools being secured as designed, the pouch readily allows the tube to come loose, and as it's behind you, tucked nice and neat under the seat, you're unaware you lost it until you need it, or stop, only to notice the tube is gone. A few days ago, however, I lost my titanium fix it sticks, and a CO2 cartridge. $60+ worth of tools gone. This Outvi is now out, in the trash. I'm giving it 3 stars because I know that the design is constantly being redesigned and retrofitted. Maybe I'll try a future generation.

Works really well - high quality
Bought this and have been very pleased with it. The elastic and fabric are all tough and durable, and it has many compartments for Co2 cartridges, etc.
