Arrived safely and well protected.It's not dual SIM as I thought but that's ok.The battery was already installed which is a bit unusual but it doesn't matter.I've put in a new SD card plus new SIM and the phone works ok. The battery needed to be charged as it arrived at only 9%.I fully expect the battery to last 2-3days on a full charge (in Standby)I bought this phone to compliment my Lumia 640 (this is the 640xl,)I'm overall very happy with this purchaseThe phone reached me in pristine conditionGood seller who I purchased my other Lumia Phone from.Recommended 😊

Extremely Good Phone, having used Windows phone since 2012, i believe this is one of the better phone in Lumia range to have Dual Sim. This phone has Dual Micro Sim, along with Spare Memory Card slot. I am using this phone for over a week now, battery life is brilliant, lasting more than 2 days.

I am pleased with my phone 📞 it works very well no problems with it

Overall good windows phone...only issue is the 13 mp camera and carl zeiss lense doesn't provide expected results.

Rubbish at Internet access. What is the point of making a phone capable of true hi speed 4G mobile internet and then installing rubbish software which is unable to access it?I have owned this phone for 6months and it has got steadily worse at opening internet sites and pages. Have tried other browsers, uninstalling updates - all to no avail. Browsing websites, such as this one, which previously worked OK, will suddenly and inexplicably result in a message saying it's unable to access the page requested. Looking at forums, I am not the only one with this problem.It can also be very slow to 'wake up'.In short, if you are thinking of changing from an Android or iphone ...DON'T!..
