Mix 10 Chocolate Transfer Sheet,DIY Chocolate Transfer Mold

I like to make mousse cakes, so they are usually frozen when I put the chocolate collar on them. At first, I had trouble with the pattern not sticking to the chocolate after setting it in the freezer. Next time, I tried letting the chocolate set up and peeling the sheet off before putting it in the freezer. That worked perfectly! You can see in the picture that the decorations on top set up at room temperature but the collar had issues. The sheets they sent me look exactly like the product picture and they smell really nice. I read some other reviews that said they had a bad smell or didn't look like the picture, so I'm not sure what happened there. These smell like white chocolate.

First attempt using the sheets. I’m sure I need a tutorial for a better, more decorative topper.

met my expectations,all good

Easy to use, just pour and spread tempered chocolate on it. Stick in the fridge for a few minutes, then break up for decorations. Score first for specific shapes. Designs were clear and easy to use. Great if this is your first time. They're are other, prettier sheets out there, but these are cheaper.
