**Q: Is this plastic similar to the type you store food in?**
A: It’s similar to the plastic used for drawers in a refrigerator. It’s hard plastic.

**Q: Since the handles go in, what is the actual measurement of the space available from the indented handle to handle?**
A: Only one end goes in and the other end goes out. I assume to be able to slide one end into the other. As for usable space it’s a little over 10-1/2 inches long and 5-3/4 inches wide.
