The product is very good, has a very beautiful finish and enhances the beauty of the bathroom. It has an indicator which turns red when heating is completed. The water stored remains hot even the next day. The installation was Hassel free and the person who visited was very cooperative.

The geyser itself works well. It heats water in decent time and maintains a consistent temperature for a comfortable shower. The sleek design is also a nice touch and fits well in my bathroom.However, the reason for the 3-star rating is the abysmal installation experience. Despite the product description stating "free installation," it took nearly a week and multiple calls to customer service to get someone out to install it.
