Hard question to answer, I would say no

I can check but it is definitely still adult sizing. I fit the xs with my normal adult head

Is this a youth helmet? The dimensions seem right but i want to be sure. And what is the weight?

I purchased a snall for me , it would work as a youth helmet as small is 6 7/8 go by hat size and it is light in weight

Do these half helmets have a different sizing chart ? I've got a medium open face for 58cm of circumference ..for this helmet it was suposed to be XL!

I purchased a Large because my measurements are 23.5" around skull. The Large Size was too small. I am waiting for an XL now. I'm thinking it will be too big for some dumb reason.
