It improved my memory and I am so happy. This product helped me keep focused so I bought another bottle.

I think this supplement helps me to have a sharper mind. I tried other brands, such as Pravagin,and Neuriva, and they didn't seem to me have better cognition. One product that I took many years ago that helped was called. Mental Clarity by New Chapter. It consisted of several mushrooms. I think for legal reasons New Chapter had to drop the name and come up with another name. They also changed the formula for some reason, which didn't give me the results that I got with Mental Clarity. Someone else on the Internet said the same thing. Another company might've had a patent on the first formula. One can just buy various types of powdered mushrooms for the brain such as lions mane, Cordeceps, oyster Shell, reishi, etc.. Ginkgo Biloba is good for one's brain. Omega 3s are essential, and are proven to play a big role in the cognitions of people. It's not necessary to get Omega 3s from fish oil. Fish get them from plants in the ocean and lakes. Freshly ground flax seeds and chia seeds have Omega 3s. You can only take some much of it at a time, before you have the flying s***s. (in other words, loose stool, like diarrhea.) So be careful and know your limit. 2 tsps of the freshly ground flax seeds is a starting point. Don't get too far from the toilet when you're experimenting with the dosage. Eat what you just ground, as the oils go bad fairly soon after they're ground.

Works like the leading national brand at a third of the price…

I’m almost two months in for daily use. A friend recommended Neuriva to me and I thought I was feeling a difference inside of two weeks. I’ve become more sure of it at this point. I’m 75, have always been good with math but was having trouble finding the right word or especially names of people. I mean people I would recognize in a movie whom I knew well but couldn’t remember their name. Like Richard Dreyfus or Sandra Bullock. I would give up trying, then a few minutes later suddenly shout the name. I came to the conclusion that I was not losing my memory but my old processor was slowing down. This seems to have given me a system upgrade. Until they find a way to actually install a faster chip or neuron to help my accumulation of 75 years of knowledge to be recalled more quickly, I will continue using Neuriva to help me sound like the person I know. I don’t know what it is doing but it feels like my hard drive has been defragmented and my operating system updated.
