Doesn’t it work on burned food stuck on enamel cast iron surface ?

For burned on food put some baking soda and hydrogen peroxide in the pan and put it on low heat for about 10 minutes. It should bubble and foam and break the carbon bonds in the burned on stuff. Scrub with an enamel safe scrubby. Rinse and repeat until it’s all gone.

Does this clean the outside (enameled) of the,cookware?

Sure, it cleans any enameled surface including the exterior. It works great at removing tough baked on stains that soap and water won't work on.

What are the ingredients, please?

less than 5% sequestrant, thickeners, essential oils of Eucalyptus Bio*/ 5-15% non-ionic surfactants/+ 30% water, alumia/ 97% of the total ingredients are from natural origin. *0.3% of the total ingredients are from organic farming.

Will this remove burnt stains from the outside of my enameled cast iron pan?

I think it's worth a try. I've removed some pretty tough burned on food from the outside of my Le Creuset cookware. It's not as harsh as Barkeepers Friend or other scouring powders.
