Colossal Remote Control - measures 11 inches long!

I purchased this for my mother who has vision problems and has a hard time using a regular remote control. It is exactly like the other remote she was using but this included a button for the satellite dish that my mother now has. The other remote control worked just fine for her on her old tv but this one seems more finicky. You have to push the buttons more than once and have it aimed just so; as a result she does not use the remote! This is the same brand remote she had previously and that one worked just fine.
