Just discovered mushrooms for inflammation. Many of the supplements combine multiple ones. I stuck with Lion’s mane after doing a lot of research. I like that’s it’s a food. It’s a great anti inflammatory. These are very clean and made with a a fruity extract vs flavoring. Taste great.

Very effective and I liked the results of using this product.However…They stick together. There are methods for preventing this so I definitely suggest looking into that. Because of this it was difficult to get them out the bottle as the remaining amount got lower. So the bottle design could also be improved upon. So because of this it has made me reluctant to order again simply because I need less hassle in my life (as do we all!)But again, the effectiveness of the actual product was great! Improve the presentation and I’d give it a 5 star. Thanks!

I have severe allergies and after I took this the first time I no longer had allergies, but after the first time taking it I woke up 2am sweating, having a anxiety attack and I couldn't breathe, I didn't sleep well at all. The next day I took it again to see if it was the lions mane and last night at 12am my heart started fluttering and beating fast.So for me it was great getting rid of my allergies but you better watch out how much you take because side effects can get you and you won't get much rest. Everyone's body is different so it may not affect you this way but that was my experience.
