Helpful for swelling and pain
I had wrist fracture surgery with ulnar nerve pain and I am using this several times a day for relief! Easy to put on and really helps swelling. Best purchase I could have made.

Seriously the best invention ever! My wrist was hurting terribly from overuse. To hold an ice pack on it all the time was just annoying and not practical. When I saw this, I was excited that this could possibly work and I wouldnโt have to hold a melting ice pack on my wrist. This product stores in a sealed bag in the freezer. When I take it out, itโs easy to adjust the Velcro straps and it goes on very easily. It works so well. It is so easy to use and it allows your wrist to literally cool down and heal. This is high-quality for sure. The ice pack quality is great. This is definitely a great product.

Slightly big for me but will fit most people.
Itโs a little big for my wrist since I have very tiny wrists. But I think for most people it would comfort comfortably fit. It can be used for both left or right hand. And the ice pack has a plastic bag for the freezer up so it doesnโt pick up any other odours from the freezer. Iโm very satisfied with this.

Suffering from pain & swelling due to carpal tunnel? This wrap has been my godsend!
Love this product! My carpal tunnel has been excruciating and this wrist wrap is amazing. It comes with 2 gel packs so one is always cooling. It supports & immobilizes the wrist and thumb joints while cooling and taking down the swelling. As the product suggests, it is very cold so wearing a thin fabric (i used fingerless gloves - the PERFECT solution!) to avoid pain or freezing to the skin is highly recommended. They recommend administering for a time span of 20 minutes and it does maintain a cooling temp that entire time. The gel pack has a nice velcroed pocket inside the sleeve with 3 sturdy straps around the arm & wrist to hold snuggly in place. Very happy with my choice!

Okay but outside fabric is already starting to wear out due to the velcro
Somewhat unsatisfied that it can only keep cool for 20minutes before becoming warm. It is very comfortable to wear and put on. However the outside fabric where the Velcro latches on to you is already starting to wear out pretty early on like less than 2 months from using. I can't imagine how it would look like from a year now.
