Looks great, easy to fit although was a little big and had to adjust it but feel much safer having this on incase of emergency

Having recently had to have a pacemaker/defibrillator fitted, I decided I really do need to have one of these medicalert items. The hospital give you a card to carry ‘at all times’ but that has to go in your wallet and a) sometimes you go out without your wallet and b) if there is an emergency, is someone going to think to check through your wallet before starting treatment?I think I would feel a bit self-conscious with one of those jewellery items with a bit bright Red Cross icon on it, so I liked this one, in the black, because I felt it was quite understated and non unattractive in a plain, black, ‘masculine’ sort of way.Ordering it, with the customised wording, was simple and straightforward. You can obviously only have a certain number of characters per line but you have the lines to play with, so I was able to fit the couple of items of information I needed on. It took a couple of weeks to arrive but I didn’t feel that was unreasonable, considering it was being customised to my specification.It comes in a soft, velvet drawstring bag, which will be useful to keep it safe in when I’m not wearing it (instructions say not to wear it swimming, bathing, exercising or sleeping). Other than a wedding ring, I’m not a ‘jewellery person’ but I think it looks okay. It’s very lightweight and, although I’m aware of it on because it’s a new experience, I think it’ll quickly get to a stage where I won’t even notice I’m wearing it.When it arrived, it was a bit long and, around my wrist, it was rather loose. I had to push it halfway up to my elbow to get it to fit. However, I looked at the ‘questions’ section on the Amazon listing and there’s a clear, helpful video from the seller showing you how to shorten the band. It’s a simple procedure and within a minute or so is shortened the band by a couple of centimetres and reassembled the clasp and now it fit just right.I’d rather not be in a position where I have to wear something like this (!) but, since I have to, I’m very satisfied with this product. And that video from the seller about adjusting the length was really useful. Thank you.

Straps a bit on the small side but still excellent quality and value

Really liked the design and ability to customise but on the 3rd day of wearing this it fell off and is now lost. Gutted as it was exactly what I wanted and I’d purchase again but worried it will happen again as the clasp isn’t that strong.

Having small wrists I struggle to find items off the shelf that fit me. This bracelet was so easy to cut to size and now is the perfect fit. Quality appears very good. The clasp is good but I will see how it wears with time. But for the price there are no complaints
