SE 6” Double-Sided Rulers in Both SAE/Metric (2-Pack) - 9266SRP

I find it comical the people who gave this set of rulers a one star reveiw. For the low price they are great. I searched for rulers like these in my local Wal-mart, Hobby and craft stores with no avail. So I searched on Amazon and found these. They are exactly what I was looking for. I needed the measurements to go right to the end of the ruler. All I found when searching my local stores the measurements started a little from the end of the ruler which made it useless to me. I am useing them for guitar action set up as other reviews have bought this set of rulers for the same purpose. It works great for that. I also use them to make straight lines on paper to make music staffs and fret board diagrams. Thier small size makes them work great for that as well. They are a little thin and mabey a little sharp on the edges, but geesh they do what they are suppose to do and for the low price you cant beat them. Also I put both rulers from my order up against a ruler I had already had here at home, lined them up and the measurements where Identical. I can't say there accurate to the thousands, butt they do measure up to a ruler that was of about the same price. So bottom line is if your looking for a small, low cost, metal ruler that measures right to the end, this is worth the purchase.

You can scrape quite effectively with this.• No unmarked spaces at beginning of ruler. Markings start at the very edge.• There is about 0.7 inches (1.5 cm) of unmarked space at the end, where the hole is.This is very well made. There is a variety of increments which is good. You don't get this on many scales with both metric and imperial. The hole could be at the end of the marked area, so it would measure exactly 6 inches, instead of having extra unmarked space just for the hole, but I am willing to overlook such an insignificant issue.This is the best 6" steel scale with both imperial and metric I've seen. Absolutely worth the money for two.

This is a photo engraved 6" ruler that is handy to keep in my pen cup for quick desk top measurements or straight edge use. I keep the 2nd ruler in the shop for quick measurements. It is small enough to tuck in a shirt pocket or tool apron and not notice it. I have electronic calipers but not every measure requires that level of accuracy. It is also very convenient and accurate for wood cutting tool set up and layout.The ruler has a 1/4 hole for hanging on pegboard or for a fob. The corners are a bit sharp but if they were rounded, it would defeat the purpose of the ruler. The ruler will hold a bent shape if twisted. Good rules for those small, precise jobs. Very convenient for storing in the upper pocket of a shop apron and handy when measuring small items. The stainless steel makes this flexible, yet sturdy for everyday use.The only issue I have is with the rounded end where the hanger hole is located. It's not completely rounded, but more of an arch. This leaves corners at the end of each side of the arch. These corners are fairly precise (sharp) and poke at you if you put this in a pocket of the shop apron. It would be nice if this end was completely rounded.Pros:- perfect size for small work- sturdyCons:- rounded end has sharp corners

If you are in the market for a steel ruler or know an engineer or machinist who needs a new steel ruler, you can't afford not to get these. I bought mine for $3 for the pair. Very stout; 0.65mm thick Stainless Steel.I have had mine for almost 3 years now and they are just like brand new. I treat my steel rulers rough; I open boxes and through them is bags and boxes and it is still like new.Just about the only downside to these rulers is that all 4 corners are sharp enough to cut you if it rubs against your hand the wrong way. You would expect the measuring side to have sharp corners but there is no need for the corners on the other side to be so sharp. I have coworkers with other rulers that have a well rounded other side.Overall: I highly recommend these steel rulers especially for the price.

These rulers were exactly what I expected. I wanted a metal rule to keep in my leather field notes wallet. I often use it to sketch ideas, and being able to draw to scale and without wobbly lines helps when thinking through an idea. Note: The ruler is longer than 6" due to the tab with the hole in it. I ground this off to make it more compact, so it would better fit in the wallet. A+ now.

It's harder than I expected to find rulers of any kind that can do accurate butt end measurement. That's because most rulers have a space below the zero mark so they can't be used to measure things like edge relief. These rulers are easy to read, come in S.A.E. on one side and metric on the opposite, are fairly accurate and are stainless steel. I use the pair to center photographs during mounting. And, the low price and free shipping on Amazon make them irresistible.

Me encanta que trae cm por un lado y pulgadas por el otro, está de tamaño perfecto para traerla dentro del bullet journal. Y el grosor del material está muy bien porque o se dobla, ademas trae los numeros grabados, no solo impresos, por lo que creo que van a durar mucho tiempo visible.

These things are amazing and exactly what I was looking for. I hate carrying around a long ruler because I never use it to measure stuff, I always need a ruler to draw straight lines. These rulers are perfect as they fit in my small pencil case and I can whip them out whenever I need to without taking up too much space. The price is perfect, the fact that it offers Prime delivery is perfect, and the build quality is great. I thought that the ruler itself could be a little more simple with what's written on it, but its not a big problem. The little case it comes with is also great as it prevents the sharp edges of the ruler from damaging anything else in my pencil case as well as my own fingers. Great product, very satisfied.

Ich habe 2 Metall-Lineale bestellt, die 15 cm lang sind.Bekommen habe ich ein Metall-Lineal was 20 cm als 8 inch lang ist.Auf der cm Seite sind die Werte und Zahlen sehr gut lesbar. Bei der INCH Seite jedoch kaum. Hier ist die Qualität sehr schlecht und man muss raten welche Zahl abgebildet ist.Die Plastikverpackung die zur Lagerung des Lineals gedacht ist, ist auf beiden Seiten defekt und kann deshalb nicht mehr verwendet werden.Alles in allem hat das gelieferte Produkt mit der Beschreibung fast nichts zu tun!Habe mich jetzt an den Kundenservice gewendet und werde nach dem Feedback noch einmal berichten.*Edit: Nach Rücksprache mit dem Händler wurde das Produkt noch einmal neu versendet. Leider war im Paket wieder das falsche Produkt enthalten. Wieder war es nur ein Exemplar und es hat 20 cm und 8 INCH. Habe den Händler erneut kontaktiert.

As expected for the price, these are thin and rather flimsy rulers, six inches in length. Metal gauge is not too bad and numbers and graduation are etched in (instead of just printed) which adds to the quality. Scale is accurate. The two rulers come in a cheap plastic pouch, each in its own slot. I didn't expect "great", and I have seen a lot worse, so as far as quality/price goes, it's excellent for me.
