Kotobukiya Re: Zero -Starting Life in Another World- Emilia (Repro) ANI Statue Action Figure

Absolutely love this figure. Glad to have such a nice model for one of my favourite characters. Colours and details look great and the ice crystals look really cool (excuse the pun :P). My only gripe is that there is a slight gap on her waist (her top half is a separate piece to her legs) but it just looks like a fold in her clothing

The media could not be loaded. I was drawn to this figure when I first saw the prototype pictures and thought I would love to have this figure. Now that I have it I am happy to say that it is indeed a wonderful figure. Kotobukiya has done a great job with her and there really aren't any issues with her paint or overall quality to speak of. I guess my biggest gripes about this figure would be first her face. There is just something a little off about her mouth in particular in my opinion. Don't get me wrong as it still is a really cute face but I find it to be off. Also her size is rather petite for a 1/8th scale figure. Much smaller than I thought she would be. The things I really like about this figure are as follows. She is simply just beautiful. Her pose and outfit are outstanding. I love her flowing hair and the sculpt of it is near perfect. I love the gold designs they used on the tips of her outfit as I think they really pop in what could be considered a drab color pallet. I love the little green jewel she has attached to the neck part of her outfit as well. I love it when figures utilize translucent parts like this. The also used a translucent blue crystal that matches her quite extraordinary base in the swirl like magic that extrudes out of her right hand. This part is also replaceable with just a plain hand but why anyone would want to do this is questionable to me but it's an available option nonetheless. And finally her base. It really is one of the things that really caught my attention when I first saw her. It has been really well done and I'm happy that they chose to have her come pre-attached to it right out of the box . Now only her bottom half is attached to it as you can remove her upper torso to take off her skirt if you want to display her exposing her underwear. Maybe this is why she has a slight blush on her face? Anyway overall I really like this figure and I am glad that I have her in my collection finally.
