Village Decor Handmade earthen Clay Curd Pot/Dahi Pot with lid (500 ML 2 QTY (Cylinder pot))

I love the quality, shape, size, finish and durability of Village Decor pots. They are excellent quality terra cotta pots in smart contemporary designs. Curd sets perfectly in it.

After 2 -3 uses, it started chipping off. It's difficult to clean

The size i received and the size seller promised to give is different.. no satisfied with this product 🙏🏻

Have to edit this review after nearly 3 weeks of use. The curd is good but both the pots have started crumbling. I am not using hard abrasives to clean, and used soda as suggested to remove curd stains from inside...but the outsides are crumbling and the clay is falling into curd. Not suitable for daily use. Maybe fancy use rarely.Edit after 1 month use: Completely crumbling. Curd is full of clay. Just mere handling the pot it starts to crumble. Stopped usage as worried will fully disintegrate with curd. The curd stains also dont go so easily. The whole process is cumbersome. Not worth this much efforts for slightly thicker curd

Rather moot for cud is the best thing. Must buy for everyone who like to set curd at home

Just 1 hour into the water, before use, there are visible cracks. One such can be seen in the attached photo. So won't say it's sturdy enough but looks elegant. Don't find curd any tastier than what it would be in a regular bowl but the curd does seem to set a bit thicker probably due to water absorption.

Fungus on outside the claypot even after washing thoroughly.Mud keeps on falling.Clay pot not baked properly

I use them for setting yogurt/curd, also for cooking dsl khichadi. The flavors are unbeatable, excellent choice over aluminum utensils (unhealthy)
