It's adjustable, so while it does fit, I would say it's a bit tighter than I prefer so I bought the larger one. I don't think I have a particularly big wrist. Which strap would you recommend since the small and large seem to be right around there?** A: I have a seven inch wrist and it fits fine.The strap measures nine inches in length. Since I purchased awhile ago, I think I purchased the large. I think you will be okay with the large. Also, the timer fits fine. However, at times it has a tendency to loosen. Make sure to it is tight prior to each use. I like the product.
