Q: Can I order this product without the sticker on the bill?

Product will come with the sticker but it's removable.

Q: Is it too big for ladies?

I don't think is too big for a lady, the size is quite standard, the strap on the back helps to adjust it, I think they are pretty much unisex.

Q: Just received and love this hat! When I tried to adjust the size the part that adjusts came out of the hole... any way to get it back in?

If you reach inside the hat just behind the hole, there is a one-inch band around the inside of the cap that you can pull out/down. Then you have access to the back side of the hole and you can more easily pull the tail through and tuck it away. Hope this helps!
