I purchased this because I saw that it benefits and was created for and by African Americans. I'm the type of person that goes by reviews, if there are mostly great ones, I go for it. I've used it on my daughter's hair as well as mine. The shampoo is a clarifying shampoo, it pulls all of the impurities and hair product and oil build-up out of the hair and scalp. DO NOT USE TOO MUCH OR IT WILL LEAVE YOUR HAIR REALLY DRY! The conditioner is what puts the moisture back into your hair and scalp. The scalp treatment and serum are most important for elasticity, breakage prevention and keeping dandruff at bay. The serum also acts as a detangler. So if you are looking for a great product for your hair and are African American, give it a shot!

I’m really liking this Pantene line for my relaxed black hair. I was really trying to get it to grow this past year and I’ve really noticed a difference in my hair health since starting these products. My hair is always soft and smells great. I really didn’t like the smell of this shampoo, it smelled like vomit to me. So I won’t be using that again but they have so many shampoos that I can choose from Im not worried. This product can really do wonders and is a must try.

I have used so many different shampoos and conditioners over the years. I couldn’t even begin to tell you the number. I went to the store and saw a complete pack on clearance.. The lady was carrying on about what incredible product it was so she took two and I took the other two. Well that store stopped providing them. I was absolutely thrilled to find it here as I’ve said in the past I find that some shampoos’s work for the first couple of times use them, and then I regret spending the money on them. My hair went from very dull brassy feeling like straw to incredible. I have my coworkers they’re stop me all the time. Tell me how incredible my hair looks and the feeling is amazing. I can run my hands through my hair without them getting caught at all. Everybody worked with has asked me to copy paste the product and email it to them I do and I can tell the woman that bought it right away because their hair looks great. Again I can’t say enough it it’s fantastic. 100% amazing

Ok today was the first time I used this (and I hadn't heard about it until U bought it). This stuff is amazing. I've been keeping my hair in braids this summer and noticed it was getting more dry and shedding more so I've been trying to find better products. The shampoo felt like it stripped my hair a bit so I was kinda worried but still rinsed and used the conditioner. Conditioner rinsed out well and my hair felt more moisturized but nothing major....BUT OMG when I started detailing my hair my fingers and comb were gliding through like butter. Tangles were FALLING out...not being yanked out, not needing to be cut out but FALLING out and I could not have been more pleased!!! This was BEFORE I even used the scalp spray and the serum. After those my hair was like butter. I was literally able to comb through my hair from root to ends with zero issues. It does tingle ALOT though like peppermint, but that could be because I used too much of the product (thinking I needed a lot). I would absolutely give this a try if you're on the fence. I don't really know my curl pattern but I have very thick hair. I do know it's low porosity. If I had to guess the curl pattern I would say 4B maybe.

These products are great, made my dry hair very moist and tangle free. However, I feel that the bottle of conditioner was used as it felt half full.

Edito de nuevo por que amazon borró mi reseña por "no cumplir las normas" Llegó justo en el tiempo estipulado, dentro de una bolsa de papel con burbujas. Los productos vinieron dentro de una bolsa plástica gris, la cual ya venía rota, lo que me indica que alguien ya la abrió y manipuló los productos. Ninguno trajo sello de seguridad y el platico de la tapa del aceite se ve como viejo/usado El shampoo huele diferente al resto de los productos, su aroma me recuerda al limpiador fabuloso lavanda. Sobre la efectividad, no puedo hablar ya que el tiempo estimado para ver resultados con cualquier tipo de tratamiento es de mínimo 3 mese y solo lo he usado unas 2-4 veces por semana, pero debo decir que sí deja suave el cabello, se desenreda más fácil, aunque no me marca mucho el rizo ni elimina el frizz me gusta el aroma que deja en el cabello y el único punto malo con esto es que se evapora rápido, pero debe ser por mi pH por que a mi ningún aroma me dura más de dos horas.
