About 2 weeks after i started taking these, I’ve felt better and haven’t been sick since. Usually springtime allergies give me bad sinus drainage. To the point It hurts to eat, drink, or swallow. I haven’t had bad allergies this year. I’ve been subscribed to get a bottle every month, so I don’t forget, for about 6 months now. Works for me.
