Best if you take them for workouts or to get through a long workday. These definitely helped my blood flow after a while of taking them, also didn't hurt my stomach or have any adverse effects on my body. Capsules are a little big but if you take vitamins you should be used to it !

I was so happy when i saw how big the bottle was n how many came in it, 220 capsules and 2000 mg and it was on sale 9.99 woohoo! It didnt hurt my stomach at all, it gave me energy and my brian is on, I will be getting this product again
