Q: What are the dimensions of this please?

The coupon organizer is about 8" wide x 3.5" high x 2" in depth. Those are the outside dimensions. The dividers are 7" wide and 3" inches high (not including the little tab where you put the category (fruits, shaving, etc).). Hope that helps.

Yes, the pocket will easily hold the coupons you pull to use. It's a handy feature so they're not floating around the cart while you're at the store.

Q: could this be used as a money divider for bills?

I would say no, but are you talking about money or bills (like the water bill or gas bill)? There are no dividers attached to the organizer. It's just open space to put the paper dividers in. I guess you could use it like that, but it might not be as secure as you would like. The paper dividers are flimsy. If you want to use it as a bill organizer, I would make your own dividers that would stand up to repetitive use.

There are too many stick on labels you can choose to use to mention but there are about 20 blank tab dividers to put them on.
