Medium is 32-34 waist. But medium is right for men with smaller waists. 29-31. Small is for skinny teenagers.

These are totally 1 ply material.

I love the colors. The fit was alright. Delivery was on time. The material is thin and comfortable. Be aware that the product is one ply. I did not catch this in a review. The pouch is one ply. Not much support as a result.
