is this cover absorbent?

Yes, but I found it too hot to sleep with. I went back to a regular cotton pillowcase. It's also annoying that it shrinks so much, it exactly covers the pillow, no overhang at all.......

Can somebody tell please the dimensions of each sizes?

I only got the Standard and it is about 25 x 17. It is stretchy though and I really like it for my Bamboo standard pillows. You can email ReliefMart and they will tell you I am sure. They seem to be very responsive.

I purchased a queen sized pillow, but only see options for standard and king size on the order chart. Which one will fit best?

Machine or Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. May use color safe bleach only for stains. We oversize the pillow cases to allow for shrinkage, but we recommend you start with a low heat dryer setting to see if that is right amount of shrinkage for your needs.
