Great Customer Service!
We got this for our daughter for Christmas. Upon opening it, we found various pieces were not included. I reached out to Abacus Brands customer service and they quickly responded to my issue. They responded that my missing parts issue was not one they regularly encountered. They sent a new box which had all parts included! The customer service I received was top notch!This science kit is great for all future scientists out there! I highly recommend!

The simple VR mask was a hit: so much so that we offer a word of caution: the 8-year-old boy was so absorbed in the VR experience that he ended up with mild eye strain and headache: pace your child when using the kit!
