Nice hardware, but the bag itself has a rubbery, cheap feel to it. Also much smaller than it appears in the picture with the model. Very disappointed. Went straight to goodwill donation.

This is crap the bag is dirty like someone else used it and returned it then you sent it to me was supposed to be shoulder strap no strap came with it.

It was not as described. Vegan leather is another term for heavy, stiff plastic. I liked the style, the details, the interior, but the exterior looked "cheap".

I love the color I am a little disappointed about it being so stiff and hard. Thought it would be a bit softer. I do love the many pockets that hold my many different things. This purse is exactly what I wanted except for the stiffness. I’m already getting used to it. Probably will buy another

I have been looking for a handbag with a soft hand. The handles on this bag are "tender to the hand" and don't dig into the soft tissue like the ones made of strip leather. The handles fall to either side and don't hang perpendicular, sticking out, when sitting on a chair or floor. The interior of the bag is nice and wide and there are sufficient pockets to fill all needs. The outside zipper pocket and the two side snap pockets add that last bit of organization to this bag. AT LAST, a bag that meets my needs and wants. I am about to purchase my third (3rd) bag to colors that blend for every season.

Not nearly as cute as in the pictures… I have MANY purses, so, won’t be using this again for awhile.. MK purses aren’t known for their sturdiness,, I’ve had problems in the past w/ this company where they’ve ABSOLUTELY refused to give me a refund.. this purse is also NOT very roomy….

I really like this purse. Got it for Christmas, it has lots of space, not too heavy and looks designer.
