Curious George Adventures in Learning, Pre-K: Story-based learning (Learning with Curious George)

My youngest wanted a workbook to do while my older kids were doing schoolwork, and this is perfect! We’ve bought a few of them over the years but I didn’t realize they made them for 4-5 years olds before. We love them all!

Highly recommend purchasing this workbook! My 4 year old loves it and can easily spend an hour straight working on it. Unlike many other pre-k learning books out there, I love how this one is story based. It keeps learning fun and lighthearted, with characters that we’re familiar with. As a homeschooling parent, I’ve enjoyed how topics are taught in this book as I can relate it to our own activities of the day.

I've purchased the pre-K as well as the age 5-6 book, and my son is enjoying them so far. It can be a bit challenging to get him to WANT to do workbooks, but he enjoys the stories that accompany chapters, and I like that there is a holistic quality to the books. The address multiple facets of development, including psychosocial, which is often missing in other books. While we have yet to work our way through the entire book, I can see him actually finishing this one!

I love starting with these workbooks with my kids. Each section starts with a story and the exercises relate back to the story. My kids learn so much with these, and it keeps learning fun. The flash cards at the back of the book are fun to cutout and laminate.

A little simplistic for someone already in Kindergarten. But fairly good quality overall.

Finally an educational activity book to get excited about! Granted, my son loves Curious George, I think this one goes beyond most you can pick up at your local stores. My son is turning four in a in a couple of months and he would usually last a few minutes with the basic preschool activity books, but this book is colorful, has sweet stories, and fun age appropriate activities that draw him in and keep him wanting to do more. It's worth the money.

This book is educational and wonderfully creative. A fun way to learn and keep my four year old entertained enough to sit still and listen. The pages are very colorful. I like the structure of the book and it's very easy to follow. I would recommend this product for anyone who wants to homeschool or have summer learning who loves Curious George like my son and myself

This book is so much fun we don't sweat on the 'work' a workbook indicates. My daughter is totally in love of Curious George so we sail through thechapters gladly, even when tracing letters. I'll get the next level soon. The PreK book is a little too easy for her though. She is four and ready to go to kindergarten on reading and math.
