I don't know how to use it after receiving the product

This punch is very easy to use when you know how. ; }Place the punch on a flat table surface. Face the punch with the arm side towards you.Below the arm is a light gray plastic piece with arrows on it.Push down on the arm of the punch and push the light gray piece to the left.This opens the arm for use.To set the punch for using other options than the 3 hole punch:Under the punch are black screws. Loosen these and move them to the proper location for your punching needs. Tighten them back up when in the proper location.Punch away!!If you have any other questions, I would be pleased to answer them.This is a fine product.Patricia

Why do they misrepresent this product by advertising a 7 hole punch and send only 3 punches ... Additional punches are 10.00 each???

It's industry standard to call this a 2-7 hole punch even though its a pain to do a 7 hole with out having multiple punches (likely most hole punches you have used are 2-7 hole punches)

How to get to UNlocked position? I see the little gray arrows but nothing moves.

You have to take off the bottom black rubber part, and move the gray piece from underneath. It's ridiculous that it doesn't come with instructions.

I'm looking for some way to hole punch print outs to go in a mini binder (8 1/2" by 5 1/2"). I'm ok with extra holes. will this meet my needs?

I have misplaced my directions but I can tell from the product itself that hole punchers placement can be changed. The various holes are marked. Mine is set at 3hole SDT. There is a 7 inch centers hole, 5 1/2 inch centers hole, 4 1/4 inch centers hole, and 2 8/4 inch centers hole.
