No surprises, it was exactly as specified

This is a basic wired keyboard that connects to your p.c. or other device via its USB cable and plug. It worked perfectly the instant I connected it to my Windows 11 laptop--no drivers or other setup required. It is very solidly engineered despite its modest price. One thing the manufacturer got right where others often fail: the LEDs that indicate NUM LOCK and CAPS LOCK are in the clear, easy to see--not embedded in the keys themselves which requires moving your hand out of the way to notice them. Also, the wrist rest is important for extensive typing; another thing other keyboards fail to include. Bottom line, and this doesn't always happen with an Amazon purchase: I'd buy it again.

Keys and not very loud and design supports your writsts.

PROs: Like the fact that the keyboard has good rubber "feet," so it does not slide around on a smooth desk. Also is quiet and keys have a soft touch. Like the ~2" of wrist support on front side of keyboard. CONs: Expected NOT to have a couple of USB ports on the edge of the keyboard (like many Dell keyboards) but adding those would be a boon to some. The raised plastic nub on the F and J keys are not nearly prominent enough -- should be easier for the index fingers to find without looking. Also was disappointed that one of the "legs" (for elevating the top of the keyboard for better ergonomics) broke off after just a few days of use. Must have put too much pressure on the keyboard at some point, but prospective buyers should not depend on that feature lasting more than a few days or weeks.

Pésima experiencia

Had this keyboard for almost a year and yesterday - Wham - started doing strange things - like up and own arrow key would not work, and a few other funnies. Removed and reinstalled keyboard driver, Rebooted.... Fine for about 5mins and started playing up again. Put in on a different system and same thing........ Never ever had a keyboard do this before. Connected an old keyboard to my system and working fine. Sadly this keyboard was an expensive waste of money and is now in the bin.
