OSRAM COOL BLUE INTENSE H7, +100% more brightness, up to 5,000K, halogen headlight lamp, LED look, duo box (2 lamps), 64210CBN-HCB

It's not the same white light as you get from LEDs but it's definitely whiter and better that the original halogen bulbs my car came with. The OSRAM cool blue intense and nightbreakers are very popular and time proven bulbs. Plety of reviews on YouTube in regards to light flux, colour temperature etc. Key points are: •Colour temperature is slightly colder but not by a lot. This one is around 4400K, regular ones are around 4000-4200K(depending on the car). •Light emission is better so they are bringhter but remember this is halogen don't expect miracles. Standard bulbs are just under 600lux of light emission, this bulb puts out around 630. •Plug and play. •Will be whiter that regular halogen but won't look like LED.

The picture shows the comparison between these and Phillips white vision ultras on dipped beams. Both have normal side lights and both headlights have slight degredation inside. Good: Much brighter than original and whiter. Packaging is secure but easy to open unlike other brands. For £13 a pair they're good value. Bad: Not blue as described, no side lights included These are definitely white and I think they're actually 4200K model not 5000K based on euros' specification on this exact product

Rubbish! Just don’t bother. Only lasted 11 months. It’s not worth the money.

I popped these in to replace the stock bulbs on my Peugeot 208 GTI. The stock bulbs annoyed me because they were warm white and sat next to bright white DRLs, it didn’t look right. After much research I got these Osrams, they near enough fit (appearance wise) with the DRLs and do look white in comparison to the stock bulbs. Very pleased for the money. I’m not expecting longevity out of these but they do indicate that on the packaging and they’re not bank breaking to replace. Let’s see how long they last. So far, I’m impressed, they’re better than the Phillips Racing Visions I have in my other car in terms of whiteness.

Purchased Osram Cool Blue Intense H7 bulbs in January 2025. Only used in a car covering 6000 miles since then, most of which were during daytime. Yesterday one of the bulbs failed. In December 2025 I purchased Osram as I believed and was told by friends and family that Osram are the best company for Headlights. Unfortunately these bulbs have gone out in a year. I spend around 3 times as much money to purchase Osram, and thought they would last me longer than this.

Bardzo ladne, jasne, dosc zimne swiatlo. Duza roznica, wzgledem standardowych zarowek. Niestety, dość szybko sie przepalaja, ale widnieje o tym informacja na opakowaniu.

Probadas a fondo en viajes nocturnos de más de 12 horas de duración. La temperatura del color (Grados Kelvin) según el fabricante puede llegar a los 5000K. La luz solar son 7000K. En comparación con una halógena estándar (3200K) la diferencia es notable. Son más blancas y cansan menos la vista. En luces cortas su campo de visión es ligeramente superior a las halógenas normales sobretodo en anchura, que es donde gana seguridad. En luces largas, la mejora es muy notoria, iluminan mejor debido a la temperatura del color y se gana en distancia visible ya que llegan más lejos y siempre con los faros bien reglados (mi caso), que es una asignatura pendiente en España como estoy cansado de ver. Respecto a lúmenes (capacidad de brillo, intensidad del mismo y cantidad de luz entregada) pierden un poco con respecto a las halógenas estándar, pero esto es normal ya que el cristal de la bombilla está tintado de azul. Si el cristal fuera transparente, ganaría un poco pero apenas notorio por el ojo humano ya que no es capaz de discernir esos cambios tan sutiles. Una halógena estándar tiene 1650 lúmenes, 3200K de grados Kelvin y unas 1500 horas de servicio continuo. Pero a cambio de una luz más amarillenta, más pobre, mayor duración y peor alcance para cumplir los mínimos legales establecidos en la norma ECE R327. También son muchísimo más baratas por esto. La potencia (Watios) de las halógenas para que sean legales siempre son 55w en cortas y 60w en largas. Así que no confundáis potencia con cantidad de luz y temperatura de color que es en lo que hay que fijarse bien y no confudir churras con merinas. Aparte que los faros homologados para halógenas de estos watios están diseñados para soportar el calor que emiten y su patrón de luz el cual es el otro factor a tener muy en cuenta. Un faro halógeno, no sirve para bombilla led ni xenon por estos motivos. Las Osram aquí compradas, que recomiendo y que volveré a comprar tanto para el coche como para mi moto, por precio sobretodo, sacrificando duración a cambio de mejor campo de visión y menor fatiga son: 5000K, 1450 lumenes, 55W/60W y 500 horas de servicio. En halógenas, para circular legalmente, sin problemas con el faro para el que están diseñadas, es lo máximo que se puede conseguir. Hay otras, de 5700K pero cuidado, no son válidas para circular legalmente aunque son halógenas, sólo para todo terreno y en pistas. Incluso si el faro las soporta. Para aquellos que busquen efectos xenon, led y demás verborrea pseudotecnológica, sólo cabe una opción: Comprad el vehículo con ellas de serie. Para todo lo demás, homologación, pasta, y problemas en la ITV (tanto España como resto de la UE). Decantaros por estas y quedaréis satisfechos. Las he probado durante más de 1200Km de noche (14 horas de viaje) sin apagarlas y en la moto también. Y me quedo con estas. El día que haya otras mejores y que contemplen las homologaciones, ya hablaremos.
