I was very impressed by the delivery as I ordered it one day and it arrived the next morning. Very good product and you do need to follow the instructions to get it back to its proper shape as it is delivered folded. Follow the instructions for installation and all will go well. Check the levels!!!! I would thoroughly recommend this product for anyone looking to install a pond. PS. The resident frog from my old pond was in the new one the next morning.
