Q: Bought 5/21 waterleak 9/21 no response from rheem/raypak. less than 6 mths into this and already regret it big time. how do i get help?

Raypak is Dealer protected and will not help you. Amazon warranty claims department will help.

Q: does this have high flow and low flow speeds?

This does not have a pump. Your pump will determine water flow. You will need a pump with a minimum 1200gph for the heater to work. If it doesn't have enough flow, heater will bypass the water flow and not attempt to fire.

Q: Can I use this for an inground pool?

Yes.. a small one.. keep your chlorine level low as the core in mine blew out after only three months..
